Granted U.S. patent #9,202,180 (w/2 others) for Facebook-Integrated Seat Map feature. Promoted social engagement by allowing fans to tag their seat location on an event map.

Early designs also allowed fans to friend & message other users via the seat map (as long as they had appropriate sharing permissions setup).

Responsible for feature conceptualization as well as initial user flows & designs.
